Synopsis:
Two-Face and Penguin strike a deal. Two-Face agrees to give Penguin Batman's territory, freeing Two-Face to expand west, into James Gordon's territory. Batgirl calls Oracle and asks for information on Batman's behalf. Oracle tells Batgirl she will only speak to Batman and hangs up. Later, Batman shows up at Oracle's apartment and Oracle gives Batman information that something is brewing at City Hall. She tries to tell him that she thinks its a trap, but he doesn't listen.
Sinopse:
Duas-Caras e Pinguim fazem um acordo. Duas-Caras concorda em dar ao Pinguim o território do Batman, liberando Duas-Caras para expandir para o oeste, no território de James Gordon. Batgirl liga para Oráculo e pede informações em nome do Batman. Oráculo diz a Batgirl que ela só falará com Batman e desliga. Mais tarde, Batman aparece no apartamento de Oráculo e Oráculo dá a Batman informações de que algo está se formando na Prefeitura. Ela tenta dizer a ele que acha que é uma armadilha, mas ele não escuta.
